Made by the Governor in Executive Council on the recommendation of the Minister for Racing and Gaming under section 175(la) of the Act.

Citation

These regulations are the Liquor Control (Yakanarra Restricted

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations I and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations on the clay after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Liquor Control (Yakanarra
Restricted Area) Regrr/uiions 2010.

4.              Regu1 ation 9 .amended

In reulation 9 delete "2 nears" and insert:
