Liquor Control (Wangkatjungka Restricted

Area) Amendment Regulations 2016

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

I.            Citation

These regulations are the Liquor Control (Wangkatjungka
Restricted Area) Amendment Regulations 2016.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

at the close of 22 April 2019. N. HAGLEY, Clerk of the Executive Council.

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.           Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Liquor Control (Wangkatjungka
Restricted Area) Regulations 2008.

4.           Regulation 9 amended

In regulation 9 delete "on the day 8 years after the day referred to in regulation 2(b)." and insert:
