Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.   Citation

Delete regulation 5.

These regulations are the Liquor Control (Parnngurr Restricted

Area) Amendment Regulations 2021.

2.   Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3. Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Liquor Control (Parnngurr

Restricted Area) Regulations 2018.

4.           Regulation 5 deleted

5.           Regulation 11 replaced

Delete regulation 11 and insert:

11.          Period during which these regulations have effect

Unless sooner repealed, these regulations have effect for the period that ends at the close of 7 January 2022.
