These regulations are the Liquor Control (Noonkanbah Restricted Area) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2011.

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2011

Made by the Governor in Executive Council on the recommendation of the Minister for Racing and Gaming under section 175(1a) of the Act.

1.            Citation

4676 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 8 November 2011

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Liquor Control (Noonkanbah
Restricted Area) Regulations 2009.

4.            Regulation 3 amended

In regulation 3 in the definition of Noonkanbah Aboriginal
Community delete paragraph (c) and insert:

(c) Crown Lease 3114/576 (Lot 255),

and the portion of Crown Reserve 23226 bounded to
the north and south by Crown Lease 3114/576

(Lot 255).
