(Amendment) Regulations 1996

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to decrease fees in respect of certain applications made under the Liquor Control Act 1987.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 65(2),
67(2), 69(3) and 160 of the Liquor Control Act

1987.

3. Principal Regulations

In these Regulations, the 1Liquor Control (Licence
and Permit Fees) Regulations 1993 are called the

Principal Regulations.

4. Amendment of certain application fees

In Table A in regulation 7 of the Principal
Regulations—

Liquor Control (Licence and Permit Fees) (Amendment)
Regulations 1996

r. 4 S.R. No. 97/1996
(a) in column 3, omit "or Permit" (wherever occurring);
(b)

after the entry relating to section 65 of the "65 $108 Variation of a Permit";

(c)

after the entry relating to section 67 of the "67 $89 Removal of a Permit";

(d)

after the entry relating to section 69 of the "69 $32 Transfer of a Permit".
