Liquor Control (Kundat Djaru Restricted Area)

Amendment Regulations 2014

Made by the Governor in Executive Council on the recommendation of the Minister for Racing and Gaming under section 175(1a) of the Act.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Liquor Control (Kundat Djaru
Restricted Area) Amendment Regulations 2014.

2.            Commencement

These regulations amend the Liquor Control (Kundat Djaru Restricted Area) Regulations 2010.
4.	Regulation 9 amended In regulation 9 delete "3 years and 6 months" and insert:
6 years N. HAGLEY, Clerk of the Executive Council.

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.
