Liquor Control (Juwurlinji Restricted Area)

Amendment Regulations 2014

Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

3.	Regulations amended These regulations amend the Liquor Control (Juwurlinji
Restricted Area) Regulations 2009.

These regulations are the Liquor Control (Juwurlinji Restricted
Area) Amendment Regulations 2014.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

4.            Regulation 3 amended

In regulation 3 delete the definition ofJuwurlinji Aboriginal
Community and insert:

Juwurlinji Aboriginal Community means the area of land, being part of Crown Lease 3114/958 (Lot 65), that is within 5 km of the public phone box situated at Latitude -16.87 and Longitude 128.1858333, excluding the area that is part of Pastoral Lease 3114/1001.

5.            Regulation 9 amended

In regulation 9 delete "that ends on the day 5 years after the day referred to in regulation 2(b)." and insert:

of 8 years commencing at the time regulation 5 comes into
operation.
