Liquor Control Amendment Regulations

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Liquor Control i)ienthnent

Regulaaiions (No. 7) 2012.

(1)	In 1'e^tulation 14A(c) delete ``licence." and insert:
licence;

2.             Commencement

These re i. ulations come into operation as follows

(a)	regulations I and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations on the clay after that day.

3. Regulations amended
These regulations amend the Liquor Control Regn'/a(ions 1989.

4.             Regulation 14A amended

(2) Ater regulation 14A(c) insert:

(d) a producer's licence.

RWWA RULES OF THOROUGHBRED RACING 2004

In accordance with Section 45(l)(a) of the Racing and Wagering Western Australia Act 2003, notice is hereby given that. the Board of Racing and Wagering WA on the 13th December 2012 resolved to amend the RWWA Rules of Thoroughbred Racing 2001 with effect from 1st. January 2013 as follows

Amendments to Australian Racing Rules (National Rules)
Amend AR64H
Add AR82
