Liquor Control Amendment Regulations

(No. 4) 2008

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Liquor Control Amendment
Regulations (No. 4) 2008.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 January 2009.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Liquor Control
Regulations 1989.

4.             Regulation 26 amended

Regulation 26(1aa) is amended as follows:

(a) in paragraph (a) by deleting “$100.00;” and inserting instead —

“ $105.00; ”;

(b) in paragraph (b) by deleting “$200.00.” and inserting instead —

“ $205.00. ”.

5.             Schedule 3 replaced

Schedule 3 is repealed and the following Schedule is inserted
instead —
