Liquor Control Amendment Regulations

(No. 3) 2016

into operation.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Liquor Control Amendment
Regulations (No. 3) 2016.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	regulations 3 and 4(1) — on the day after that day;
(c)	regulation 4(2) — on the day on which the Liquor Control (Transitional Housing and Support Program Restricted Areas) Regulations 2016 regulation 7 comes

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Liquor Control Regulations 1989.

4.            Regulation 27 amended

(1)	In regulation 27(4) in the Table delete the item referring to the Liquor Control (Oombulgurri Restricted Area) Regulations 2008 regulation 7(1).
(2)	In regulation 27(4) in the Table insert in alphabetical order:
