Liquor Control Amendment Regulations
(No. 3) 2007
Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation
These regulations are the Liquor Control Amendment
Regulations (No. 3) 2007.2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows:
(a)
regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 January 2008.
(1) Regulation 26(laa) is amended by deleting "3a or 3b" and
inserting instead —" 4 or 5 ". (2) Regulation 26(1a) is amended by deleting "3a and 3h" and
inserting instead —
" 4 and 5 ". 3. The regulations amended
The amendments in these regulations are to the Liquor Control
Regulations 1989.4. Regulation 26 amended
