(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

Liquor Control Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2014

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Liquor Control Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2014.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Liquor Control Regulations 1989.

4.            Regulation 18A amended

(1)	In regulation 18A(1) in the definition of Australian learner driver permit paragraph (b) delete "Territory" and insert:
a Territory
(2)	In regulation 18A(2A):

(a) in paragraph (b) delete "photograph." and insert:

photograph;

(b)

after paragraph (b) insert:

(c)	a current photo card issued under the Photo Card Act 2005 (New South Wales);
(d)	a current card issued under the law of another State or a Territory that is equivalent to a proof of age card or a photo card referred to in this regulation.
