Liquor Control Amendment Regulations 2016

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

8 April 2016 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 1101

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the Liquor Control (Ngalingkadji Restricted Area) Regulations 2016 regulation 7 comes into operation.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Liquor Control Regulations 1989.

4.            Regulation 27 amended

In regulation 27(4) in the Table insert in alphabetical order:
