Liquor Control Amendment Regulations 2008

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Regulations 1989.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Liquor Control Amendment
Regulations 2008.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Liquor Control

4.            Regulation 14A replaced

Regulation 14A is repealed and the following regulation is inserted instead —

44  

14A.	Prescribed premises
Premises to which one of the following licences relates are prescribed for the purposes of section 77(5a)(b) —

(a)	a casino liquor licence;
(b)	a club licence;
(c)	a hotel restricted licence.
