Liquor Commission Amendment Rules 2020

These rules amend the Liquor Commission Rules 2007.

Made by the Liquor Commission.

1.   Citation

These rules are the Liquor Commission Amendment Rules 2020.

2.   Commencement

These rules come into operation as follows —

(a) rules 1 and 2— on the day on which these rules are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the rules — on the day after that day.

3. Rules amended

4.           Rule 14 inserted

After rule 13 insert:

14.          Obtaining copies of documents in relation to proceedings

A party to proceedings may obtain a copy of any of the following documents —

(a)	a document the party is entitled to inspect under section 16(11)(b) of the Act;
(b)	a transcript of the proceedings.

5.            Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1 delete item 3 and insert:
