1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Liquor (Cairns CBD and other 3a.m. Safe Night Precincts) Amendment Regulation 2017 .

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Liquor (3a.m. Safe Night Precincts) Amendment Regulation 2016 .

3   Amendment of s 5 (Insertion of new sch 16A)

Section 5, inserted schedule 16A—
insert—
Cairns CBD safe night precinct
Gladstone CBD safe night precinct
Toowoomba CBD safe night precinct
