OCLAMATION

I. the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales. with the advice of the Executive Council. and in pursuance of section 2 of the Liquor and Registered Clubs Ligislation Amendment (Community Partnership) Act 1998, do, by this my Proclamation. appoint 10 August 1998 as the day on which Schedule 3 [2] to that Act commences.
