No 73—Proclamation

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Liquor and Registered Clubs Legislation Amendment Act 2001, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 July 2002 as the day on which Schedule 1 [12] to that Act commences.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence an amendment to the Liquor Act 1982 that relates to the sale of liquor over the telephone, by facsimile, by mail order or through the internet.
