No 73—Proclamation
MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Liquor and Registered Clubs Legislation Amendment Act 2001, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 14 December 2001 as the day on which Schedule 1 [1] and [2] to that Act commence.

Explanatory note
The object of this Proclamation is to commence certain amendments to the Liquor Act 1982 that relate to applications by hoteliers for authorisation to sell liquor at functions away from hotels.
