Cessnock Ex Services Club Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2009.
[1] The Liquor and Hospitality Division, Liquor Hospitality and Miscellaneous Union, NSW Branch (“LHMU”) lodged this application for the approval of the Cessnock Ex Services Club Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2009 [sic] on 16 September 2010.
[2] On 30 September 2010, the matter was stood over to allow further discussions between the LHMU and the Cessnock Ex Services Club Ltd about matters arising from the Agreement and some of the papers filed in support of the application. However, on 19 October 2010, the LHMU subsequently filed a notice of discontinuance. In the circumstances, the proceedings are now concluded.
