His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following
Regulation under the Liquor Act 2007.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to enable bottle shops to trade until 11 pm on any new year’s eve that falls power), in particular section 159 (4).

This Regulation is the Liquor Amendment (Take-away Trading on New Year’s Eve)
Regulation 2017.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Liquor Regulation 2008

Clause 70AB Exemption relating to take-away liquor trading hours

Insert “or 31 December” after “24 December” in clause 70AB (2).
