Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Liquor Act 1982.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to prescribe Easter Sunday 8 April 2007 as a date on which hours on Sundays when special events are held).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Liquor Amendment (Sunday Trading) Regulation
2007.

2 Amendment of Liquor Regulation 1996

The Liquor Regulation 1996 is amended by inserting the following at the end of clause 83A (Dates prescribed for special events Sunday trading):
