Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Liquor Act 1982.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to prescribe Sunday 16 April 2006 (Easter Sunday) as a date hours on Sundays when special events are held).

on which hotels can stay open until midnight.

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Liquor Amendment (Sunday Trading)
Regulation 2006.

2 Amendment of Liquor Regulation 1996

Clause 83A (Dates prescribed for special events Sunday hotel trading) of the Liquor Regulation 1996 is amended by inserting the following date at the end of the clause:

Sunday 16 April 2006
