Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following
Regulation under the Liquor Act 2007.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to change the list of licensed premises that are subject to the special licence conditions set out in Schedule 4 to the Liquor Act 2007.

This Regulation is made under the Liquor Act 2007, including sections 11(1A) and 159 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Liquor Amendment (Special Licence Conditions) Regulation

(No 3) 2019.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 December 2019 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Liquor Act 2007 No 90

(1) Schedule 4 Special licence conditions for declared premises

Omit Table 2 from clause 1. Insert instead—

(2) Schedule 4, clause 2(2A) and (2B)
Omit the subclauses. Insert instead—
(2A) This Schedule does not apply in relation to a newly specified licence
until 8 December 2019.
(2B) For the purposes of subclause (2A), a newly specified licence is a licence that was not specified in Table 2 to clause 1 immediately before the substitution of that Table by the Liquor Amendment (Special
Licence Conditions) Regulation (No 3) 2019.
