His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following

Explanatory note

conditions set out in Schedule 4 to the Liquor Act 2007.

The object of this Regulation is to change the list of licensed premises that are subject to the special licence regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Liquor Amendment (Special Licence Conditions) Regulation
(No 2) 2016.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 December 2016 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

Schedule 1 Amendment of Liquor Act 2007 No 90

Omit Tables 1 and 2 from clause 1. Insert instead:

Omit clause 2 (2A). Insert instead:

(2A) This Schedule does not apply in relation to a newly specified licence until 8 December 2016. For the purposes of this subclause, a newly specified licence is a licence that was not specified in Table 1 or Table 2 to clause 1 immediately before the substitution of those Tables by the Liquor Amendment (Special Licence Conditions) Regulation (No 2) 2016.
