Regulation under the Liquor Act 2007.

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Liquor Amendment (Special Licence Conditions) Regulation
(No 2) 2015.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 1 December 2015 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

Omit Tables 1 and 2 from clause 1. Insert instead:

Omit clause 2 (2A). Insert instead:
(2A) This Schedule does not apply in relation to a newly specified licence until 8 December 2015. For the purposes of this subclause, a newly specified licence is a licence that was not specified in Table 1 or Table 2 to clause 1 immediately before the substitution of those Tables by the Liquor Amendment (Special Licence Conditions) Regulation (No 2) 2015.
