Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Liquor Act 2007.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to change the list of licensed premises that are subject to the
special licence conditions set out in Schedule 4 to the Liquor Act 2007.
This Regulation is made under the Liquor Act 2007, including section 11 (1A).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Liquor Amendment (Special Licence Conditions)
Regulation (No 2) 2011.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 1 December 2011 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

Omit the subclause. Insert instead:
(2A) This Schedule does not apply in relation to a newly specified licence until 8 December 2011. For the purposes of this subclause, a newly specified licence is a licence that was not specified in Table 1 or Table 2 to clause 1 immediately before the substitution of those Tables by the Liquor Amendment (Special Licence Conditions) Regulation (No 2) 2011.
