Liquor Amendment (Special Licence

Conditions) Regulation 2018

under the

Liquor Act 2007

His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following
Regulation under the Liquor Act 2007.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to change the list of licensed premises that are subject to the special licence regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Liquor Amendment (Special Licence Conditions) Regulation
2018.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 June 2018 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.

Schedule 1 Amendment of Liquor Act 2007 No 90

[1]      Schedule 4 Special licence conditions for declared premises

Omit Tables 1 and 2 from clause 1. Insert instead:

Omit the subclause. Insert instead:

(2A) This Schedule does not apply in relation to a newly specified licence until 8 June 2018. For the purposes of this subclause, a newly specified licence is a licence that was not specified in Table 1 or Table 2 to clause 1 immediately before the substitution of those Tables by the Liquor Amendment (Special
Licence Conditions) Regulation 2018.
