Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to change the list of licensed premises that are subject to the special licence regulation-making power).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Liquor Amendment (Special Licence Conditions) Regulation
2018.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 1 June 2018 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.

Omit Tables 1 and 2 from clause 1. Insert instead:

Omit the subclause. Insert instead:
(2A) This Schedule does not apply in relation to a newly specified licence until 8 June 2018. For the purposes of this subclause, a newly specified licence is a licence that was not specified in Table 1 or Table 2 to clause 1 immediately before the substitution of those Tables by the Liquor Amendment (Special Licence Conditions) Regulation 2018.
