Regulation under the Liquor Act 2007.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to change the list of licensed premises that are subject to the special licence
conditions set out in Schedule 4 to the Liquor Act 2007 (the Act).
This Regulation is made under the Act, including section 11 (1A).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Liquor Amendment (Special Licence Conditions) Regulation
2015.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 June 2015 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.

Schedule 1 Amendment of Liquor Act 2007 No 90

[1]      Schedule 4 Special licence conditions for declared premises

Omit Tables 1 and 2 from clause 1. Insert instead:

Omit clause 2 (2A). Insert instead:

(2A) This Schedule does not apply in relation to a newly specified licence until 8 June 2015. For the purposes of this subclause, a newly specified licence is a licence that was not specified in Table 1 or Table 2 to clause 1 immediately before the substitution of those Tables by the Liquor Amendment (Special Licence Conditions) Regulation 2015.
