Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Liquor Act 2007.

The object of this Regulation is to change the list of licensed premises that are subject to the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Liquor Amendment (Special Licence Conditions)
Regulation 2013.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 June 2013 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

Omit Tables 1 and 2 from clause 1. Insert instead:

Schedule 1 Amendment of Liquor Act 2007 No 90

[2]      Schedule 4, clause 2 (2A)

Omit the subclause. Insert instead:

(2A) This Schedule does not apply in relation to a newly specified licence until 8 June 2013. For the purposes of this subclause, a newly specified licence is a licence that was not specified in Table 1 or Table 2 to clause 1 immediately before the substitution of those Tables by the Liquor Amendment (Special Licence Conditions) Regulation 2013.
