Liquor Amendment (Special Events

Extended Trading) Regulation (No 3) 2018

His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following
Regulation under the Liquor Act 2007.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to enable hotels and clubs in the Newcastle local government area to trade until midnight on Sunday 25 November 2018 (being the day on which the Newcastle 500 motor race is held).

This Regulation is made under the Liquor Act 2007, including sections 13 and 159 (the general regulation-making power).
