s1 2 s4 Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 8) 2003 No. 381, 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 8) 2003 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 3 March 2004. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Liquor Regulation 2002. 4 Insertion of new schs 1P and 1Q After schedule 1F, in the appropriate alphanumeric position— insert— ‘SCHEDULE 1P ‘HOPE VALE sections 37A and 37B ‘1 Area declared to be restricted area ‘The community area of the Hope Vale Aboriginal Council other than the parts of the following roads within the external boundaries of the land described as lot 35 on plan BS 222— (a) Isabella Creek-McIvor River Road; (b) Barrett Creek Road; (c) Cameron Creek Road. ‘2 Prescribed quantity ‘ (1) The prescribed quantity for the restricted area is—

s4 3 s4 Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 8) 2003 No. 381, 2003 (a) for beer in which the concentration of alcohol is less than 4%—9 L; and (b) for wine, other than fortified wine—2 L; and (c) for any other liquor—zero. ‘ (2) In this section— “fortified wine” includes muscat, port and sherry. ‘SCHEDULE 1Q ‘MAPOON sections 37A and 37B ‘1 Area declared to be restricted area ‘The community area of the Mapoon Aboriginal Council. ‘2 Prescribed quantity ‘ (1) The prescribed quantity for the restricted area is— (a) for beer in which the concentration of alcohol is less than 4%—9 L; and (b) for wine, other than fortified wine—2 L; and (c) for any other liquor—zero. ‘ (2) In this section— “fortified wine” includes muscat, port and sherry.’.
