s1 2 s4 Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 6) 2003 No. 304, 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 6) 2003 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 6 February 2004. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Liquor Regulation 2002. 4 Insertion of new sch 1J After schedule 1F, in the appropriate alphanumeric position— insert— ‘SCHEDULE 1J ‘YARRABAH sections 37A and 37B ‘1 Area declared to be restricted area ‘The community area of the Yarrabah Aboriginal Council. ‘2 Prescribed quantity ‘ (1) The prescribed quantity for the restricted area, other than the canteen is— (a) for beer, diluted spirit or wine, 1 only of the following— (i) 9 L of beer; (ii) 9 L of diluted spirit; (iii) 9 L of liquor consisting of a quantity of beer and a separate quantity of diluted spirit;
s4 3 s4 Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 6) 2003 No. 304, 2003 (iv) 2 L of wine; and (b) for any other liquor—zero. ‘ (2) The prescribed quantity for the canteen is— (a) for beer, diluted spirit or wine—any quantity; and (b) for any other liquor—zero. ‘ (3) In this section— “canteen” means the licensed premises known as the Yarrabah Canteen, at the corner of Beach Street and Pine Crescent Road, Yarrabah. “diluted spirit” means a spirit mixed with a beverage in which the concentration of alcohol is not more than 5.5% of the beverage at 20º C.’.
