s1 2 s3 Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 2003 No. 240, 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 2003 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Liquor Regulation 2002. 3 Insertion of new sch 1I After schedule 1C, in the appropriate alphanumerical position— insert— ‘SCHEDULE 1I ‘MORNINGTON sections 37A and 37B ‘1 Area declared to be restricted area ‘The community area of the Council of the Shire of Mornington. ‘2 Prescribed quantity ‘ (1) The prescribed quantity for the restricted area, other than the canteen or the lodge, is zero. ‘ (2) The prescribed quantity for the canteen is— (a) for beer in which the concentration of alcohol is no more than 4%—any quantity; and (b) for beer other than beer mentioned in paragraph (a)—zero; and (c) for spirits or wine—zero. ‘ (3) The prescribed quantity for the lodge is— (a) for beer or spirits—any quantity; and (b) for wine—750 ml.

s3 3 s3 Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 2003 No. 240, 2003 ‘ (4) In this section— “canteen” means the licensed premises known as the Lelka Murrin Pub at Mission Road, Gununa, Mornington Island. “lodge” means the licensed premises known as Birri Fishing Lodge at Birri Road, Mornington Island.’.
