Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2008 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 12 March 2009. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Liquor Regulation 2002. 4 Insertion of new sch 1S After schedule 1R— insert— ‘Schedule 1S Cherbourg sections 37A and 37B ‘1 Area declared to be restricted area ‘The community area of the Cherbourg Shire Council is a restricted area. ‘2 Prescribed quantity ‘The prescribed quantity for the restricted area is— (a) for beer in which the concentration of alcohol is less than 4%—11.25L; and (b) for any other liquor—zero.’.
