Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2014 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2014 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Liquor Regulation 2002. 3 Amendment of s 36B (Risk criterion—extended trading hours) (1) Section 36B, heading, after ‘extended’— insert— or authorised (2) Section 36B(1), after ‘premises’— insert— or the licensee is authorised under the licence to trade after 12a.m. (3) Section 36B— insert (1A) However, this section does not apply to a licensee authorised under section 9(13) of the Act to trade after 12a.m. on New Year’s Day.
