2 Liquor Amendment (No. 3) No. 421, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1992 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Liquor Regulation 1992 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Replacement of s.23 3. Section 23— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Additional fee for bars in restaurants or residential licence premises ‘23.(1) The additional fee payable under section 204 of the Act by the holder of a residential licence or an on-premises licence, in relation to each licence period of the licence is— (a) if the licensed premises were licensed for the whole of the previous financial year—$500; or (b) in any other case—the amount ascertained in accordance with the following formula— $500 x number of months 12. ‘(2) In subsection (1)— “number of months” means the number of calendar months for which the licensed premises were licensed in the previous financial year, including the calendar month in which they became licensed premises. ’.
