Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2009 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 15 October 2009. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Liquor Regulation 2002. 4 Insertion of new s 42A After section 42— insert— ‘42A Undesirable liquor product—Act, s 156B ‘(1) For the Act, section 156B(1), a product containing liquor in a flexible tube bearing a name that includes either or both of the words ‘go’ or ‘vodka’, whether in lower case, upper case or a combination of both, is declared to be an undesirable liquor product. ‘(2) In this section— flexible tube means a flexible metal, plastic or laminate container sealed permanently at one end and having a cap at the other end.’.
