s1 2 s4 Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2007 No. 271, 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2007 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 21 December 2007. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Liquor Regulation 2002 . 4 Amendment of sch 1B (Doomadgee) (1) Schedule 1B, section 1— omit, insert— ‘1 Areas declared to be restricted areas ‘Each of the following areas is a restricted area— (a) the community area of the Doomadgee Shire Council, other than— (i) the land described as lot 1 on crown plan PK3, known as Old Doomadgee, and roads within the external boundaries of the lot; and (ii) the road known as The Savannah Way; (b) the bed and banks of the part of the Nicholson River that adjoins the community area of the Doomadgee Shire Council, including the Nicholson River weir.’. (2) Schedule 1B, section 2, ‘the restricted area’— omit, insert— ‘each restricted area’. (3) Schedule 1B, section 2(a), ‘27L’— omit, insert— ‘22.5L’.
