s1 2 s3 Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2004 No. 39, 2004 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2004 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Liquor Regulation 2002. 3 Amendment of sch 1N (Seisia) Schedule 1N, section 1— omit, insert — ‘1 Area declared to be restricted area ‘Each of the following areas is a restricted area— (a) the community area of the Seisia Island Council including, without limiting the community area, the part of Seisia wharf that is within the community area; (b) the part of Seisia wharf that is not within the community area.’.
