s1 2 s5 Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2002 No. 356, 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2002 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 30 December 2002. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Liquor Regulation 2002. 4 Insertion of new pt 8A After section 37— insert — ‘PART 8A—RESTRICTED AREAS ‘37A Declaration of restricted area—Act, s 173G(1) ‘An area stated in a relevant schedule is a restricted area. ‘37B Declaration of prohibition of possession of liquor in restricted area—Act, s 173H ‘ (1) Each restricted area is an area to which section 168B 1 of the Act applies. ‘ (2) The prescribed quantity for a restricted area is the quantity stated for the area in a relevant schedule.’. 5 Amendment of sch 2 (Dictionary) Schedule 2— insert— ‘ “relevant schedule” means a schedule other than schedule 1 or 2.’. 1 Section 168B (Prohibition of possession of liquor in restricted area) of the Act

s6 3 s6 Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2002 No. 356, 2002 6 Insertion of new sch 1A After schedule 1— insert — ‘SCHEDULE 1A ‘AURUKUN sections 37A and 37B ‘1 Area declared to be a restricted area ‘The area of the Shire of Aurukun, other than the licensed premises at the corner of McKenzie and Tal Tal Streets, Aurukun. ‘2 Prescribed quantity ‘The prescribed quantity for the restricted area is zero.’.
