2 Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1991 ‘Fees ‘53.(1) The fees set out opposite the following applications are the fees payable for the applications— (a) for the removal of a licence under section 49 or 49A of the Act, or the grant of a public facility licence under section 164K of the Act, a resort licence under section 125BB of the Act, or a cabaret licence under section 125EC of the Act. . (b) for the grant of a licence (other than a Bottler’s Licence) . . . (c) for the grant of a Bottler’s Licence . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
