s1 2 s4 Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 No. 317, 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 January 2006. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Liquor Regulation 2002 . 4 Amendment of s 41 (Acceptable and unacceptable practices and promotions for the service, supply and promotion of liquor—Act, s 148A) (1) Section 41(2)(c) and (d)— renumber as section 41(2)(d) and (e). (2) Section 41(2)— insert — ‘(c) having drinking water available, free or at a reasonable cost;’.
