s1 2 s4 Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2003 No. 98, 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2003 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 9 June 2003. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Liquor Regulation 2002. 4 Insertion of new schs 1B and 1C After schedule 1A— insert— ‘SCHEDULE 1B ‘DOOMADGEE sections 37A and 37B ‘1 Area declared to be a restricted area ‘The community area 1 of the Doomadgee Aboriginal Council, other than— (a) the land described as lot 1 on crown plan PK 3 and roads within the external boundaries of the lot; and (b) the road known as The Savannah Way. ‘2 Prescribed quantity ‘The prescribed quantity for the restricted area is— 1 See also the CommunityServices(Aborigines)Regulation1998 , schedule 1A (Declaration of council areas).

s4 3 s4 Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2003 No. 98, 2003 (a) for beer—27 L; and (b) for spirits or wine—zero. ‘SCHEDULE 1C ‘NAPRANUM sections 37A and 37B ‘1 Area declared to be a restricted area ‘The community area 2 of the Napranum Aboriginal Council, other than the following areas— (a) the licensed premises known as the Napranum Tavern , at 1 Albatross Road, Napranum; (b) the part of the road known as the Peninsula Development Road within the external boundaries of the land described as lot 2 on crown plan WP50. ‘2 Prescribed quantity ‘The prescribed quantity for the restricted area is zero.’.
