s1 2 s3 Liquor Amendment (No. 1) No. 297, 1998 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1998 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Liquor Regulation 1992 . ˙ Amendment of s 2 (Exemptions from application of Act) 3. Section 2(1)(b)— omit, insert — ‘(b) a sale of spirituous cooking essence, other than for use as a beverage or for manufacturing a beverage, if— (i) the essence is sold in a container containing not more than— (A) if the essence is vanilla essence—100 ml; or (B) in any other case—50 ml; or (ii) the sale is by wholesale; or’.
