This regulation commences on 1 July 1996. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Liquor Regulation 1992 . ˙ Insertion of new s 1A 4. Part 1, after section 1— insert— ˙ ‘ Meaning of “register” ‘ 1A. In this regulation— “register” means the Register of Licences and Permits.’. ˙ Amendment of s 23 (Additional fee under s 204 of the Act) 5.
