2 Liquor Amendment (No. 1) No. 249, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Liquor Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 July 1993. ˙ Amended regulation 3. The Liquor Regulation 1992 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Replacement of s.22 (Fees payable for specific purposes) 4. Section 22— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Fees payable for specific purposes ‘22. The fees payable to the chief executive are the fees set out in the Schedule. ’. ˙ Amendment of s.23 (Additional fees for bars in restaurants or residential licence premises) 5. Section 23(1)— omit ‘ $500 ’, insert ‘ $507.50 ’. ˙ Amendment of s.25 (Fee payable where none is otherwise specified) 6. Section 25(1)— omit ‘ $68 ’, insert ‘ $69 ’. ˙ Insertion of new Schedule 7.
