Liquor Act 2010

1. Name of regulation

   This regulation is the Liquor Amendment Regulation 2020 (No 3).

2. Commencement

   This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Legislation amended

   This regulation amends the Liquor Regulation 2010.

4. New section 31 (1) (c)

   insert

   (c)the park known as Veterans Park comprised in block 25 of section 26 in the division of City, Canberra Central district and the area between that block and Northbourne Avenue, Mort Street and Bunda Street, City.
