Liquor Act 1975

1. Name of regulation

   This regulation is the Liquor Amendment Regulation 2004 (No 2).

2. Commencement

   This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Legislation amended

   This regulation amends the Liquor Regulation 1979.

4. Section 12A (2) (d)

   substitute

   (d)Flemington Road, Lyneham between its intersection with Northbourne Avenue and the northernmost point of its intersection with Randwick Road, Lyneham;
