s1 2 s3 Liquor Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2006 No. 68, 2006 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Liquor Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2006 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions of Act (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 22 April 2007. 1 (2) In this section— postponed law means the LiquorAmendmentAct2005, section 8. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 24 April 2007.
